Matt Aujero
Matt is a beloved son of God. He and his wife Mimi married in 2013 and live with their eight kids in Maryland. For 10 years, Matt was the Men’s Campus Minister at the Catholic Student Center at the University of Maryland where Fight Club began. Through Our Lady’s prompting, he left to follow full-time in 2023.
Why He Fights
Total obedience to God, love of Our Lady of Guadalupe, fidelity to Mimi, duty to his children, care for his staff, and the opportunity to reach men for Jesus Christ in an online world of darkness and distraction. In essence, because he needed it first.
CEO and Founder
Andrew Arlinghaus
Andrew is a senior at the University of Dallas. A two-year member turned leader of his Fight Club, he recently joined staff to share the ministry with those in darkness after being prompted by our Lord. He is currently engaged and plans to be married summer of 2027; he owes Fight Club for the strength of his relationship.
Why He Fights
For his bride (Kamila), that he can love purely as God intended and be a model for all Christian men, to love God fully and surrender though often slowly his heart in all aspects of his life, and most personally to give himself to the ministry to bring men to Christ that they can have the ambition and love God has for them.
Development Officer
Dom Fatzinger
Dom loves the Lord and serving His Church. Dom and his wife Sarah married in 2024. They have one beautiful daughter and a son on the way! Dom and Sarah met at a Theology of the Body retreat through University of Maryland and then became missionaries together with FOCUS. They served full time for four years on college campuses where Dom spread Fight Clubs wherever he went. They are back home in Maryland.
Why He Fights
For his Bride Sarah, for his children, for his brothers in the fight, and for those who can’t fight for themselves. He fights to reach the men of God and help them become fully alive in Jesus Christ.

Eddie Garcia
Eddie has spent more than 15 years serving the Church with a heart for helping others know Jesus more deeply and discover the mission God is calling them to. He and his wife Jalynne live in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas with their daughter. Throughout his years in ministry, Eddie has served at both the parish and diocesan levels in youth, young adult, campus, and communications roles. He now continues that mission through his work with Fight Club Catholic.
Why He Fights
I fight in the pursuit of unity with our Lord and the desire to live fully alive as Christ has shown us. I fight to be more present to my wife and daughter and those around me whom the Lord has entrusted into my care. I fight to be truly free and to be able to help those who also desire freedom. I fight ultimately so God's will may be done in my life, and so those fruits may bring glory to his name and build up his kingdom.
Communications and Media
Dan Sullivan
Dan has been married to his wife Kathy for 45 years. They have four children and five grandchildren in Princeville, IL. Dan met Matt at a men’s conference in Orange, California in 2024. He became a mission partner but wanted to further the mission with his time and talent by coordinating the shipping of Fight Club books and materials across the country. He is a member of Incarnation Parish in Princeville.
Why He Fights
Dan feels pornography has been one of the Devil's most crippling weapons in drawing men away from their God-given mission of seeing and becoming closer to Christ and his Church. The shame and secrecy of this horrible vice needs to be addressed directly and Dan feels the ministry of Fight Club is a powerful tool to bring men back to Christ and His Church.
